Quickly find the right information

Each section covers the essential actions for using the platform methodically, while keeping product help separate from legal pages.

Getting started

The first steps secure your access and open your workspace.

  • Create an account from the registration page using a sufficiently strong password.
  • Verify your email address using the link received after registration.
  • Then log in to access the dashboard and create your first client profiles.
  • If you forget your password, use the forgot-password page to receive a reset link.

Client management

Rider profiles centralize contact details, notes and completed fit history.

  • Add a client from the Clients view on the dashboard using the New client button.
  • Edit contact details, notes and follow-up information from the client profile.
  • Delete a profile only when necessary: complete deletion is permanent.
  • Find a client in the complete client list, then open the profile to view its history.

Fit Session Management

A fit session combines measurements, adjustments, observations and information used to generate the bike fit report.

  • Create a new fit session from a rider profile.
  • Enter general information, measurements, adjustments and observations, then select Save Fit Session.
  • Edit an existing fit session by opening it from the rider profile or Fit Sessions view.
  • Generate the report using the Report button or the Documents center; create the PDF using your browser’s print function.
  • Import a Google Forms CSV response when your plan includes importing, mapping columns to fit session fields.

Dashboard

The dashboard is the starting point for monitoring activity and accessing the main areas.

  • The overview combines useful indicators: clients, fit sessions, documents and recent activity.
  • The Clients and Fit Sessions views provide quick access to rider profiles and work in progress.
  • The Documents center lists available reports and reports to be generated.
  • Statistics and history evolve with the data entered in your workspace.

Automated emails

Client email templates prepare future follow-up without currently triggering automatic delivery.

  • Prepare templates from the settings area when your plan allows it.
  • Actual automated delivery is not yet triggered by the platform.
  • This feature will depend on the Studio and Pro plans as they are activated.

Plans

Plans gradually structure access to available and upcoming features.

  • Discovery is the free plan for testing the platform, with limits on fit sessions and reports.
  • Studio is designed to unlock advanced uses such as CSV/Google Forms import, unlimited reports and customization.
  • Pro is an upcoming plan for more advanced needs, including reminders, extended automated emails and team features.

FAQ and troubleshooting

These guidelines cover the most common situations in daily use.

  • Email not received: check spam, wait a few minutes, then use the Contact page if the problem persists.
  • PDF not generated: open the report, check that the fit session has been saved, then use Print / create PDF.
  • Import problem: check the CSV file, ensure it has a header row and verify feature access for your plan.
  • Forgotten password: use the reset process from the login page.

What’s new

The platform evolves in stages to remain clear, reliable and suited to field work.

  • New features will be added gradually to the relevant sections.
  • Upcoming developments will remain focused on bike fitters’ practical work.
  • Features that are not yet available will be identified as such to avoid confusion.

  • No email address is displayed directly on this page.
